OrgDiagnostic: the organizational diagnostic OS
Product specification, v0.9 (for build planning). Owner: Product. Status: draft for partner review.
The diagnostic operating system for firms that sell organization work. Your model. Your brand. Mixed-method evidence. Partner-ready readout. Clients tracked over time.
OrgDiagnostic is not an engagement survey, a form builder, or a single-company listening suite. It is the layer a consulting firm uses to encode its diagnostic methodology, field it across many isolated clients, synthesize quant + text + video + structure into partner-approved findings, and prove movement wave over wave.

Five decisions this spec commits to
- The firm brings the model. OrgDiagnostic encodes it. Shipped packs are forkable starting points, never "the one true model."
- Every client-facing claim traces to evidence. AI drafts Insight Objects. Only a partner can publish one.
- Anonymity is enforced by the engine, not by policy. No role, export, or filter can produce a cell below k.
- Three benchmark clocks, never mixed. Client longitudinal, firm book, external indicative.
- No vendor chrome on anything a client sees. Respondent, portal, and exports carry the firm's brand only.
